Ri.Te S.p.a. was established in 1964 by Mr. Mario Pizzinato and started its activities producing components, for textile machines, as partner of a world leading company based in the north east of Italy and specialized in yarn finishing machinery.

At the beginning of the seventies the production of ASSEMBLY WINDER and CONE TO CONE machines begins; in the next following years the product range was enlarged introducing SINGEING and HANK TO CONE machines.

In 2002 Ri.Te, acquires the trade mark “ZERBO” which is known all over the world for REELING machines and in 2007, with a high profiled technical team having the exclusive experience in the specific field, started the production of MERCERIZING machines for cotton yarn.

In this way Ri.Te completes the proposal for the treatment of the yarn finishing process and faces the textile market as the only company capable to guarantee to its own Clients, acting in the yarn finishing industry, a global technology, with high tech value and high reliability at the same time.

A professional sales network, follows and supports the success of Ri.Te’s Clients in all the Countries were the textile industry is leader in developing the economy in the third millennium.
